When the operators change an article after publication, they record only changes that alter how a reader would take it (rank changes, factual corrections such as numbers or how strongly something is claimed, changes of verification status, re-ratings of outside posts) as a one-line entry with date, type, change and reason under the article's "Revision notes". The records are listed newest first on Corrections and updates. Typos, wording, link fixes, small changes to the English translation and changes made before publication are not recorded.
